Keeping obnoxious American-portion-sizes in mind--do you think I should open a mall franchise with these? I'm joking, of course, but when I made this giant sourdough pretzel for our family to share (and eat for a couple days!) my daughter said 'You could sell these at the mall!' Could you imagine people strolling around the mall eating pretzels bigger than their entire heads???
