Tristyn and Maia are having friends over for a sleepover. I made them funnel cakes for their treat and they had so much fun watching the dough rise to the top of the pan and trying to guess how long it would take to cook. With five children each waiting for their own mini-funnel cake I'm glad to say it took less than a minute per cake! For awhile there as fast as I could remove one from the oil there was a set of little hands to take it.
And by the way, what are you making your family for Sunday breakfast? I'll give you a hint as to what I'm making: It has something in common with funnel cakes....
