Quincy Market in Boston is a place for shopping and catching street performers. Every year that Rick and I have come to Boston, we've seen 'impromptu' shows. There are always a guitarist or some vaguely looking Native American man playing a wind instrument, one or several people pushing together trash cans and various other 'garbage-y' items and playing music on them and of course there is ALWAYS the required break dancers that you see in every major city. But this year, we caught a trio of siblings performing acrobats and contortions.
Rick and I will be practicing this when we get home later this week.
The man modeling the Calvin Kleins was beautiful. He deserves to be in large, showy advertisement for Calvin Klein. Beautiful, Bronze and Buff, too. And charismatic. <---I added that part only so Rick doesn't think I'm obsessed but he really did have a way with the crowd.
Maia thinks her and Tristyn might be able to pull this one off using her soccer ball. I told her that I wasn't so sure about that but she was welcome to try when we got home so long as she keeps far away from hard surfaces and objects.
But Maia and Tristyn were so inspired that they couldn't wait to start practicing. I told Tristyn that if he keeps practicing maybe he can perform right here in Quincy Market in between classes at Harvard when he gets older.
