I present the following post to you as a post to my success at finding a perfect bread recipe for sandwiches:
Here it is, fresh out of the oven. Looks promising.
It's nice and tall. And not wonky shaped.
Just to give you a way to measure how tall it is.
A full size sandwich bread!!! Wheat bread with just a hint of sweetness. It turned out perfectly and even was capable of holding my perhaps disgusting to some cold meatloaf slathered with ketchup. =)
