Coconut macaroons....
nothing
is worse than dried up coconut so when i buy some i like to use it
right away so it's consumed while still fresh. today, the cookie jar
contained only one cookie so i decided to make coconut macaroons to
fill up the jar and use up the rest of the coconut from yesterday.
after this, we should all be tired of coconut for a month at least!
